J Bui & Company will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card. Once your order is fulfilled, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to ship via FedEx or UPS. All domestic packages will require an adult signature upon delivery. Most orders will be shipped from Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. J Bui & Company will not be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes for international shipping.

J Bui & Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages occurred once it leaves our property. Our company insures all packages and is not to presume responsible for filing a claim. Customers are accountable for reporting any and all claims to the appropriate courier.

We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue faced by the shipping company. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for charges relating to the re-shipment of your order.

Credit Card Authorization: By making a purchase on our platform, you explicitly authorize us to charge the provided credit card for the total amount specified during the checkout process. This authorization serves as proof that you willingly initiated the transaction and acknowledge your responsibility for the payment. In the event of a chargeback dispute, we will utilize this authorization as evidence to support our case.
